The study of management provides future business leaders with a sound working knowledge of policies, procedures and practices that govern business and social operations and allows them to understand and control organizational growth. Management study includes an exploration of policies and practices as they relate to business development and introduces students to theories of leadership and management. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics points to a very strong need for managers with technical skills, and Business Week lists business analysts and project managers as safe havens against a growing trend to move professional jobs offshore. The foundations of Christian faith are fully integrated into the business courses which uniquely equips our graduates to incorporate ethics and service in their responsibilities, which traits are very attractive to employers.
