MGMT 3553 - Supply Chain Management

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the business processes, value creating activities, and best practices for a supply chain. The
course pinpoints the role of supply chain in the overall business strategy of the firm and its relationship to other functional areas of the organization.
Students learn how to use quantitative models to optimize supply chain functioning. Class 3. Pre or Corequisite(s): AERO 2823 or MGMT 2303.
