CMGT 3413 - Construction Scheduling, Administration, and Economics An overview course into the concepts used during the administration of construction projects including planning, scheduling, and management of other key components. Scheduling management concepts introduced include forecasting and development across the lifespan of the project while managerial concepts introduced include both financial and risk management. Risk identification and mitigation within the project are also discussed. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): CEGR 2502 Civil and Environmental Engineering Project Management
