CMGT 3113 - Construction Estimating and Plan Reading

An introductory course into the field of cost estimation that distinguishes between the various types of costs within residential and commercial construction projects as well as the levels and accuracy of such estimates across the scope of the project and throughout the construction timeline. Key components of reading residential and commercial plans will also be covered with an emphasis on application. Class 3.
