CEGR 5834 - Structural Steel Design

Introduction to structural design in steel using current code requirements. Topics include steel technology, estimation of structural loads, analysis and design of steel axial members, flexural members, combined members, and connections. Includes integrated lab component covering structural detailing and design. Graduate students complete additional assignments. Class 3. Lab 3. Prerequisite(s): CEGR 3313.
