BUSI 6133 - Continuous Improvement Program Leadership

This course builds upon the use of modern continuous improvement methodologies acquired in BUSI 6123 Continuous Improvement. Students will learn how to apply the DMADV framework, lead cross-organizational continuous improvement projects, and how to develop and sustain continuous improvement programs and cultures. Upon successful completion of the course and the corresponding project, students will also earn their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): BUSI 6123 Continuous Improvement.
