COUN 5203 - Group Counseling Methods

A study of group counseling theories and techniques. Types of groups, dynamics, and methods of practice with groups, and analysis of group leadership and group processes will be considered. Students utilize counseling skills, ethical considerations, and the Christian worldview as they understand group methods and practice leading groups. Level 2 Course. Students must make a B or better. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): COUN 5023 , COUN 5033, COUN 5443, COUN 5053, COUN 5073, COUN 5083, COUN 5343, COUN 5223, and COUN 5333.
