HCAD 5323 - Health Care Policy

This course is a survey and a critical analysis of federal and state health policy processes. It focuses on the evaluation of health care outcomes and the effectiveness and efficiency of contemporary health services. Students analyze cases dealing with administrative and policy issues in health services including problem solving in ill-defined, multifaceted situations, operational health program evaluation models, and health planning documentation models. This course is offered through the online program. Class 3.
