BUSI 6223 - Ethical Leadership in a Technological Environment

An examination of leadership theories and their practical expressions in the business environment. Students will explore organizational ethics, personal ethics, and societal norms within the context of practical leadership in organizational environments. Special emphasis will be placed on exploring how technological change and innovations affect leadership practices, and how a biblical worldview can guide leaders towards more moral and ethical leadership and decision-making.
