CEGR 3313 - Structural Analysis

Presentation of the theory and application of structural analysis as it applies to trusses, beams and frames. Classical methods of structural analysis are introduced to develop a deeper understanding of statics and mechanics of materials. Course includes an initial coverage of computer techniques for structural analysis and students will learn to use software alongside classical methods of analysis. Class 3. Lab on rotation. Prerequisite(s): MEGR 3323.
