Business Common Professional Core (45 Hours)
Accounting Major Courses (30 Hours)

General Elective Courses (3 hours)
CPA Exam
Students who complete the BBAC accounting degree will meet all the academic requirements set by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for the CPA exam in Texas except the 150-hour requirement. Students should become familiar with information regarding requirements to sit for the CPA exam in Texas. Each state has a state board of public accountancy website for details regarding requirements, and students are responsible for ensuring they meet the state’s requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
