MGMT 4363 - Project Management

This course presents principles and methods for planning and controlling projects, including project plan development, resource planning and scheduling, and project monitoring and control. Students will learn the critical elements of project management and utilize project management software. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): AERO 2823 or MGMT 2303 or HCMG 3023.
