MGMT 4313 - Conflict Resolution An integrated and interdisciplinary approach to the issues of industrial conflict, conflict resolution, and negotiation strategy. Includes model of conflict; conflict among individuals, groups, and the organization; economic conflict; and industrial conflict. The impact of labor groups on organizational conflict is also examined. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 2303 or AERO 2823 or HCMG 3023. Junior/Senior Standing.
