EDUC 4343 - Classroom Management And Organization For The Middle & Secondary School Students focus on structuring and managing the learning environment, understanding how motivation affects group and individual behavior, developing a supportive and responsive classroom community, fostering supportive school-home relationships, applying reinforcement theory, maintaining a supportive environment, and providing feedback on student progress during instruction. This course is taken as part of the clinical teaching block. Prerequisite(s): Admission to Educator Preparation Program (EPP) Corequisite(s): EDUC 4484 . Corequisite is for traditional students only.
