MATH 2003 - Discrete Mathematics Discrete mathematical structures (in contrast to continuous functions) are essential for many mathematical disciplines, including computer science. This course provides a foundation for the study of such structures by introducing students to set theory, propositional logic, proofs, induction, relations, algorithms, number theory, and graph theory. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1203 or equivalent.
