HCAD 6453 - Health Care Administration Capstone and Defense This course provides students with the opportunity to investigate the strategic management function within health care organizations. It is a capstone experience intended to integrate prior master’s program material. It emphasizes on the organizational strategic planning process, including the principles and methods of strategic assessment, administrative decision-making, competitive analysis, market analysis, strategy formulation and selection, implementation and evaluation of strategic actions. This is a 15-week course. Class 3. Prerequisite(s): THEO 5113 , All HCAD courses in the curriculum.
