MGMT 4713 - Managing Innovation and Change

A study of the systematic discipline needed for building, maintaining and extending competitive advantage through the managerial process. The case study method is stressed. Study areas include change agents, consulting activities, resistance to change, organizational diagnosis, and organizational structure changes. Class 3.
