BUSI 4853 - Designing and Leading Effective Organizations

Students examine how to design and lead effective organizations, including understanding the systems and structures of the organization, and the design of appropriate structures, communication systems, and reward systems. In this course, students undertake the analysis and modification of an actual organization, applying their management and leadership skills to effect organizational change. Class 3.
