** All major courses must be completed prior to taking MGMT 4803 - Strategic Management . A major field exam will be given during the capstone course.
A grade of C or above is required for all major courses.

Students may choose to take advantage of the 4 + 1 program. This program will provide qualified students the ability to complete a Bachelor’s and Master’s in 5 years and the required 150 hours to sit for the CPA exam.
The University’s accounting curriculum meets Texas State Board of Public Accountancy requirements. Students should become familiar with information regarding requirements to sit for the CPA exam in Texas. Each state has a state board of public accountancy website for details regarding requirements, and students are responsible for ensuring they meet the state’s requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
